Fast Track™ is a support program provided by RFAM where our team members are sent to visit your organization on-site to develop your Recreation Asset Management Strategy.
On-Site Services We Provide:
Data Collection
Collection of Asset Inventory data, photos, invoice management, supporting documentation (manuals, start up guides, MSDS data, Rental agreements, etc.)
PM Schedule
Review equipment needs and establish maintenance schedules, and standard best practice/mandatory operational checks (ice plant logs, ice depth checks, Pool PH levels, etc.)
Lifecycle / Budget Planning
Establishing risk values for all capital assets and an annual investment strategy.
Quick Connect™ Set Up
Once inventory is collected and PMs/inspections are generated - RFAM’s Quick Connect™ feature can be installed throughout the facility.
On-Site Training
Training can be provided to make sure each member is comfortable with using RFAM and can walk through real use case scenarios around their facility.
Additional Support
Our team will be available to provide any additional support required to make sure the implementation of RFAM is a success.
